There could be a few different reasons why your Safe-er-Grip is not sticking to the surface that you are trying to adhere the product to. Clean the product with a non abrasive soap and dry it. Make sure that the product is not passing over any grout lines and apply it to a smooth, clean, dry, non-porous surface. If the problem persists, try adhering the product to a piece of glass for a test. If the product successfully adheres to glass and does not fall, it is incompatible with the surface you are trying to place it on.

Safe-er-Grip bars are suction cup balance assist bars. They will only adhere safely to clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces that do not pass over any grout lines. Porous surfaces and grout lines allow air flow under the suction cup and it will release its hold.

Safe-er-Grip bars are suction cup balance assist bars only. They should never be used to bear full body weight and are used strictly for balance assist. If you are needing a weight bearing bar for full body support, we recommend a permanent bar that is mounted into your shower or bath area.

Don’t worry! The seat is not broken. When using our Cushie Traveler Potty Seat, please make sure that the seat is pushed all the way back on the toilet seat it is sitting on. When the seat is not pushed all the way back, there is a chance that it can buckle in.
