E-Commerce:
Orders placed before 2PM Central Standard Time will ship within 2 business days from Wichita, KS 67208, USA. MHI Brands will ship your order via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order. These limitations may apply to orders made under the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing and shipping addresses. If we make any changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided during the order process. We also reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase and maintaining your account. You also agree to promptly update your account details, including email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to ensure smooth transactions and effective communication.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for items that were purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your item from a third party, you are required to comply with the return policy established by the third party. MHI Brands is not responsible for, nor can we modify or amend, the terms of third-party return policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
